Who we are
Il Magico — “the magician” — is not a brand name. It is the nickname our pizzaiolo earned in Italy, back when he could turn out four hundred pizzas in an evening without a single one going wrong.
Fifteen years learning the craft in Italy, twenty-five years in total, and more than ten of them here in the Yvelines. Everything is made on site: the dough by hand each morning, the sauces from fresh produce.
What we serve
Pizza
One size, 29 cm. Neapolitan-style dough, kneaded by hand every morning and baked to order. From €9.
Fresh pasta
Tagliatelle, spaghetti and penne, made in-house. Truffle, pistachio cream, salmon. From €8.
Panuozzo
A Neapolitan sandwich made from pizza dough — baked, then filled. Takeaway only, it does not travel well. From €13.90.
